minor hiccups during stay
unreliable wifirushed checkout
The wifi was practically nonexistent . I had to rely on my own data. i mentioned this to the staff, and while they apologized, nothing was actually done to resolve the issue. also, the checkout felt rushed. There was no inquiry about my stay, it was just a quick card return and goodbye. i found this quite odd.

The breakfast staff showed happiness and uplifted the start of each day. A good choice of items to eat existed. The suite featured a separate room upstairs. It allowed our adult children to stay in the same room. The suite met our needs well.
The checkout process felt quick. The staff asked for the room card, then told me I could go. I missed a question about the experience.

Breakfast offered homemade bread and pastries. The food was AMAZING!!! The selection was broad, offering something for every taste; I appreciated the variety.

The Deluxe Suite was spacious. The room had modern decor and included drinking water, which I found thoughtful. A Nespresso machine was present in the room, allowing easy access to coffee.

The location is central, very close to main attractions and the train station. Breakfast was complete.

unreliable wifilimited breakfast
the wifi was unreliable throughout my stay. i had difficulty connecting and maintaining a stable connection. this made it hard to plan activities. also, i found the breakfast selection somewhat limited, especially regarding fresh fruit options.

The hotel is near the city's main attractions. My room was spacious, so i could easily fit my luggage. I had a lovely experience there.
The WiFi did not work for the duration of my stay. I had to use my personal hotspot all the time, NOT ideal. The staff did not seem to care about the wifi issue, so i did not appreciate that.
